TERMS OF USE

2. Service Description

The App lets you generate or import private keys, sign blockchain transactions and view balances on supported networks. Windoce LLC does not hold your private keys or assets.

3. Licence

You receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable licence to use the App. Reverse‑engineering, unlawful use or commercial resale without written consent is prohibited.

4. Risk Disclosure

Blockchain transactions are irreversible and cryptocurrency values are highly volatile.
You are solely responsible for safeguarding your recovery phrase and device security.
Windoce LLC shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.

5. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

6. Amendments

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version at this URL. Continued use constitutes acceptance. Uninstalling the App terminates this licence.

PRIVACY POLICY

7. Data We Collect

Device or other IDs (Android ID, Advertising ID, IMEI, MAC).
Crash logs & diagnostics (only if voluntary crash reporting is enabled).

No personal data such as name, e‑mail, phone, location or contacts is collected by the App.

9. Processing & Retention

Identifiers are processed while the App remains installed and deleted or anonymised within 30 days after uninstallation.

We do not sell or rent data to third parties. Transfers, if any, occur only to processors under confidentiality and with equivalent protections.

11. Security Measures

End‑to‑end TLS 1.2+ encryption for all network traffic.
Local storage protected by OS‑level encryption (Keystore/Keychain).
Periodic code audits and penetration testing.

12. User Rights

Subject to applicable law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA), you may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction or portability by contacting [email protected].

13. Children’s Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data; any detected records will be erased.

14. International Transfers

Where data are processed outside the EEA, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or other recognised safeguards.

15. Changes

Material changes will be announced inside the App and at this URL at least seven (7) days in advance.
